Construction and Engineering

3Ti has decades of expertise addressing U.S. military and other Federal departments’ unique demands, specifications, and procedures. Our continuing collaboration with numerous Government departments allows them to provide a comprehensive, functional understanding of the existing and ever-evolving requirements aligned with the United States. Projects inside the Defense Department (DOD). The Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) manuals, different agency-specific handbooks and protocols, the Uniform Federal Service Specifications (UFGS), along with other DOD-specific applications, such as SpecsIntact and Projnet, are accessible to everyone.

Our military project expertise covers multidisciplinary infrastructure resources for renovating and constructing modern hangars, schools, chapels, educational and training facilities, workplaces, command centers, accommodation, laboratories, corporate headquarters, fire stations, simulator houses, business operations facilities and hospitals; 3Ti has carried out similar ventures at places across the U.S. and across the globe.

The broad experience of 3Ti with military projects is not limited to architecture alone: we have been involved in the preparation of Request for Proposal (RFP) papers, and we have comprehensive experience in construction administration and commissioning.

3Ti has provided services on projects and contracts for the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC), the United States Air Force (USAF), US Department of State and the United States Coast Guard (USCG). We also regularly work with other Federal entities, including the General Services Administration (GSA), the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), the National Parks Services (NPS), the United States Forest Service (USFS), the United States Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) and others. We have significant experience with the current, and continuously evolving, Department of Defense standards.

Security of the Anti-Terrorism Force (AT / FP) is a high priority on military and federal facilities, especially overseas. Our experts in engineering know the latest and changing AT / FP DoD requirements very well. We have developed a strong working knowledge of the latest anti-terrorism architecture principles and their real-world application through regional workshops, in-house training, and client implementations
