The 3TI Network Operations Center provides 24×7, 365 days a year support. We have the capability to cover nationwide field sites, and remote locations.
The main objective of service operation is to coordinate and carry out the activities and processes required to deliver and manage services at agreed levels to business users and customers.
Our Managed Service team is also responsible for on-going management of the technology that is used to deliver and support services.
3TI provides well designed and well implemented processes. The day to day operation of those processes is properly conducted, controlled and managed. 3TI also provides service improvements by monitoring performance, assess metrics and gather data systematically during day-to-day service operation.
