Account Executive
The Account Executive’s primary focus is prospecting for new business, as well as leveraging existing relationships to grow 3T-Innovations presence in the DOD and Intelligence space.

SUMMARY: The Account Executives primary focus is prospecting for new business, as well as leveraging existing relationships to grow 3T-Innovations presence in the DOD and Intelligence space.
Your role on the team:
As an Account Executive, you will join a solid team of professionals who are passionate about serving our customers. The Account Executive will focus on building strategic long-term relationships and providing the highest level of customer service.
The Account Executive is responsible for gathering and communicating the needs of the client to internal and external 3T-Innovations support team. The Account Executive takes ownership and ensures the client expectations are being met or exceeded by creating realistic
expectations, then taking responsibility for meeting those expectations.
The Account Executive will work to develop partnerships with key vendors to grow the federal business and build marketing campaigns that drive leads to the business. The Account Executive will attend and participate in Trade shows, Tabletop shows, cold calling new clients
and working existing clients for referral business.
What will you be doing?
The job responsibilities of the Account Executive will include but not be limited to the
following:
- You work with the sales team leader to develop a business plan as well as the execution
strategy to make the plan successful - Remaining a part of the entire sales cycle, from developing the opportunity to project
closeout - Actively searching for new opportunities to drive the business
- Driving and or flying to client sites and conducting site surveys around the continental
United States. - Conducting technology reviews with the clients
- Attending tradeshows and tabletop shows at client locations as well as offsite.
- Provide the sale team leader with weekly sales reports including sales projections
- Responsible for meeting and exceeding sales quota, monthly and annually
Technical and Business Experience
- Candidates should possess a good understanding of audio, video, and lighting
technologies. - The ability to conduct a needs analysis with the client, measure the space and draw a
simple sketch to share with your support team - Ability to independently understand and create a basic system design is a strong plus.
- An understanding of IT and networking technologies would also be helpful.
- Candidate should possess good business negotiation skills, as well as social hospitality
skill.
Reporting
- Opportunity Forecasting/Sales Proposals/Sales Pipeline to the sales team leader
- Weekly conference calls to assess potential sales activity.
- Participate in a monthly business review
Team Responsibilities
- The individual must be a team player and contribute to the overall effectiveness of the
team. They must represent 3T-Innovations professionally and ethically and demonstrate
good judgment and common sense in handling customer issues. - The individual must be able to work independently with a minimum of supervision,
and exercise strong technical, written, and verbal communication skills. - Work with the sales team leader to improve team prospecting and early pipeline
activities - Brief 3T-Innovations team leader of important issues and concerns
- Develop contract initiatives working with the team leader
- Develop large system integrator (LSI) partner relationships
- Present the 3T innovations capability briefing to new prospective clients

What do we require from you?
- Strong dependable work ethic and the attitude to succeed
- 5+ years’ outside sales experience is a plus
- Proven track record selling audio-visual integration, communication collaboration, IT
integration, hardware, software or related technology-based products or solutions. - Proven ability to identify and develop new sales opportunities
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Team mentality, positive attitude, honest, loyal, and motivated
- Experienced user of the Microsoft suite software
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Communicating with others to exchange information.
- Constantly operates a computer and other office equipment, such as calculator, copy
machine, printer, etc. - Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing.
- Light work that includes the lifting or moving of objects up to 25lbs. (Tradeshow setup)
- Office environment or customer sites. Customer sites will vary from construction sites
to finished executive boardrooms. - The working environment may contain various power tools, electricity, heights,
construction hazards requiring the Account Executive to wear personal protective
equipment - Able to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Must be Physically prepared to handle lifting and moving for job sites

AV Integration Specialist
Responsible for specific taskings assigned by supervisor to maintain proficiency and develop technical aptitude. This position can also assume a lead role and be able to manage small teams and projects.

Position Overview:
Responsible for specific taskings assigned by supervisor to maintain proficiency and develop technical aptitude. This position can also assume a lead role and be able to manage small teams and projects. This position will require local travel with short notice for support and
repair type efforts as well as travel to other locations for scheduled installation and/or maintenance actions. Technician will be expected to learn both through direct observation and independent learning regarding assigned technology and/or original equipment manufacturer equipment. Experienced in system implementation, network node or element implementation, training, network fault isolation or repair, in the field of information technology systems, subsystems, and equipment. Able to perform as installation and fielding technician on a variety of communications and information technology systems. Can coordinate communications requirements via electronic or paper forms to initiate gateway access requirements.
Essential Job Functions
- Complete billable tasks as assigned by supervisor
- Manage small teams and projects
- Motivated leadership skills with minimal direction to complete tasks
- Maintain inventory of equipment bag
- Complete installations/maintenance actions/support actions both over the phone and
in person as required. - Obtain and maintain the following certification, CTS-I, Security +, Network +, and other
assigned AV certifications.

- Active PMI Certification
